What is Elements Long Game?

Elements Long Game is a  ‘membership’ style program that is based on long term access to training, and focused on long term results

In the first 3 months, you’ll find the same routines as the Elements Program.

During this time we’ll be placing an additional focus on identifying and rectifying tightness in the lower body with my Stretching Standards Routine. To do this, I’ve added my stretching standard routine from Mountain Proof Knees, a 40 minute follow along stretching routine to help mountain proof your knees.

If you continue past the first 3 months, you’ll see that the training changes to Elements 102. Elements 102 is exclusively available in this membership and is ‘the next step up’ in terms of strength & mobility.

All routines are provided with both follow alongs and detailed individual exercises. All routines are based on either zero equipment or the bare minimum like steps or chairs, things you’ll likely find around home or at most in a park outside.

What 's the difference between Elements & Elements Long Game?

The Elements Program is a 5 week program. Elements Long Game gives you access to the Elements Program for as long as you want via a monthly subscription. 

There will be additional focus on identifying and rectifying tightness in the lower body with my Stretching Standards Routine. After week 13 the program will evolve into Elements 102 which is the next step up in terms of strength & mobility.

Elements Long Game is only available on the app.

Do I have to do Elements Program first?

We recommend you complete the Elements Program first and then decide whether you would like to continue with Elements via subscription or alternatively progress to Hike Strong.

The Elements Program includes a downloadable PDF so you can keep the program for ever.

How do I access Elements Long Game?

Elements Long Game is delivered via app. You will need to download the ‘Just coach’ app via the Apple Store or Google Play, register your details (name, email and create a password) and enter the program code. Instructions on how to do this and the program code will be on the purchase confirmation page and sent to you via email.

What happens after I purchase?

Elements Long Game is delivered on our app. You will receive an email ‘your order is now complete’ with instructions on how to access the program. There is also an email address to contact if you have any issues.

Your subscription starts the day you purchase. As soon as you enter the program code into the app you will have access to the program.

 

Payments & Billing

Am I locked into a contract?

Absolutely not. You can cancel your subscription at anytime via ‘My Account‘.

How do the recurring payments work?

Elements Long Game is purchased on a reoccurring monthly basis (subscription). BCT deducts payment immediately upon signing up and thereafter on an automatic monthly basis. To stop your subscription and automatic deductions you will need to cancel your subscription via ‘My Account’

You can view your next payment date via ‘My Account’

When does my monthly payment come out?

Your payment will come out each month on the same date that you purchased your subscription. E.g if you purchased on the 2nd May the next payment will be on the 2nd June.

Log in to ‘my account’ to see the next payment date. 

How do I update my payment method?

1. Login to My Account > View Subscription page.
2. Click the Change Payment button.
3. Enter the new payment details on the Checkout page.

My payment didn't go through.

You will need to make a manual payment in your account. Log in to My Account > View subscription page and click the “pay” button. 

This will change your recurring payment date. If you originally signed up on the 1st May and the payment failed on the 1st June, then you manually make the payment on the 4th June. The next billing date is 4th July. (You can always check your payment dates in My Account)

Please note that we do not pause your training schedule if the recurring payment does not go through.

Managing Your Membership

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in ‘My Account‘ which is located on the Base Camp Training website. You can access this via desktop or mobile device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to ‘my account’ and select the ‘cancel’ button. It is located next to actions.
You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. You will continue to have access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle the program will be removed from your app dashboard.

All data will be removed, so please take note of anything you would like to keep e.g testing results etc. 

Can I pause my subscription?

At the moment we’re unable to pause your training. (As soon as this functionality becomes available we will let you know!)

In the meantime, if you are unable to train for an extended length of time we recommend you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe when you’re ready to start again.

Can I reset my training schedule back to day 1?

The first 3 months of Elements Long Game is the same training schedule, with some additional exercises to support your training. If you have completed the first 3 months and are not ready to progress to Elements 102 (from week 13) you can request a reset back to Day 1.

To request a reset at the end of week 12, please email megan(at)basecamptraining.com.au.

This will not reset or change the date of your recurring monthly payments.

Do you provide refunds?

Base Camp Training does not provide refunds for partial memberships or where a member does not get to complete a full month.

If you do not wish to continue training, please cancel your subscription.
