When should I start?

The best time to start is now, the earlier you start the fitter you’ll be for your trek.

If you have longer than 10 weeks before your trek, we can extend your training or you can move onto a higher level program.

4 weeks or less? go check out Trek Starter 
More than 10 weeks? We can extend your training or you can move onto a higher level training program after completing the Everest Base Camp Training Program.

How long do I have access to the program?

You can download the program to keep forever.

How many days am I training?

4-5 days. Sessions run from 20 – 60 mins.

How hard is it?

This program is designed to adapt to your current fitness, you can add more or less weights or reps.

If you are completely new to training or have been on an exercise hiatus, I recommend you start with Trek Starter (the first week is free) to ease yourself into training before starting the Everest Base Camp Training Program.
