When can I expect a reply?
I answer all emails personally and get many messages via email, Facebook and YouTube every day. I appreciate every single one. And I’ll reply to every single one. It just might take me some time. (the exception is customer service requests- see below!)
But please do ask me questions. I love getting them. It helps everyone get closer to their goals including myself.
